P.S. I don't plan on holding back. If I have something to say, I'm going to say it. You don't have to agree, just respect my opinion. If you don't, you can get off my site.

Okay so this is going to sound kinda weird but I wanna talk about life and parents for a couple minutes.
We’ve heard it a million times before, Life is Short! And it’s true. If you think about how long the Earth has been around (let alone the Universe) all of our lives are relativelyinsignificant. For the first 20 years of your life you parents, your teachers, and just about everyone else you come across tell you what you should and shouldn’t do. Under age drinking, fine. I can see why parents would have a problem with that. There are lots of proven problems with that. That’s why there’s a law. But a protest in Toronto. Not for the Tamales or anything! Just against fur. Yea I can see that getting out of hand but honestly, we’re not stupid! If it started getting rowdy we would leave! My mom, understands my point of view and knows not to get between me and animal rights. Any of my friend’s parents, don’t seem to understand that the first 20 years are 1/5 of your entire life! By hiding your children from the world you’re not doing them any good! You need to let your children out of the basement dungeon so that they can grow! Without seeing the world they’ll never get anywhere! So step back for a minute, think about what you’re saying no to, why you’re saying no to it and if no is really the right decision! & people… trust your children. You can have restrictions and trust them at the same time! Just because teenagers are stereotypically defiant and reckless, doesn’t mean they all actually are!!
And then for a second, think about someone other than yourself. Think about what a selfless thing you child is doing by standing up for animals! Why does it even make sence to you to say no? Your child is trying to make a difference in the world that they’re on for only 100 years and you’re trying to stop them! (& you all wonder why we run out the door when we’re old enough to go to University!)
Yea… Just, think about it!!
(p.s. I was going to add a picture of a poor animal in a trap so you would all feel bad about not letting your children stand up for something great, but I almost cried so I posted this one instead.)
